President and Vice-Chancellor
Professor Tom Tirivangani is the president and the current Vice Chancellor of the Tom Tirivangani University. A distinguished Scholar in Law, Education and Change management. Professor Tom Tirivangani is creating an academic revolution in the 21st century, challenging universities on how they lead change management in Education. The established system of academic evaluation needs reform to recognize many forms of informal training, that significantly contribute to our society, but because they are perceived not to be acceptable methods of academic endeavour and inquiry, they are thrown into the dustbin of history, for lack of formality and compliance to established norms of training, learning and Education. The Education sector must become innovative and deliberately challenge the status quo to accommodate the non-traditional systems of knowledge and competence. This is at the heart of the Tom Tirivangani University Philosophy. Professor Tom Tirivangani is the founder of the International Business College, the Tom Tirivangani School of Divinity, the Black Business Empowerment Project, The Oliver Thomas International and Africa Dialogue.
